I am Jim Anderson the owner of Turning Tides Estate Sales, serving Saint John, and the surrounding area. After 35 years in the restoration industry, and with a passion for helping people through life’s transitions I left that industry and started Turning Tides to provide compassionate, professional estate sale services for families who need assistance downsizing, settling estates, or preparing homes for sale.

I understand that estate sales often happen during emotional and challenging times. My approach focuses on honesty, organization, and respect for both clients and their belongings. By carefully sorting, pricing, and presenting items, I work to maximize value while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for families.
